Terms and Conditions
GWP aim to be fair and honest in all dealings with both customers and suppliers and, due to the fact GWP is a very small company, hope that goodwill will also be present in your dealings with us.
DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch all prints within 14 – 21 days of the order being received.
We will notify you if any unforeseen delays occur during the process and this will not constitute failure to deliver and therefore will not be cause or reason for a refund to be issued or for liability to be accepted by GWP. All goods will be sent by recorded / special delivery or by independent courier according to size, quantity and value of your order.
Where any of our ‘Artwork’ options are selected on portrait session images this period will no longer be applicable as proof approval has to be sought before the order can be printed. As a guide, ‘first proofs’ will be dispatched (by email or post according to the option selected) within 14 days of the order being received and dispatch of the final product should then occur within 14 days of final proof approval being received from you in writing, whether electronic or paper. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All refunds are made at the companies discretion.
To avoid any problems please check the goods at the time of delivery before signing for them.
There is no cooling off period allowable for customised goods (like photographic prints of a portrait shoot or wedding) so please be careful that you have made the correct choices before placing your order. If you make a mistake or change your mind and let me know within 48 hours of placing your order I will at my discretion, and without prejudice, consider refunding you minus the costs incurred by me to do so. These costs would be approximately £10 plus 5% of your order value.
If goods are not accepted on delivery then you, the purchaser, will be liable for the cost of their return.
COPYRIGHT
The copyright in the goods belongs exclusively to Giles Webberley who owns all vested contingent and future rights of copyright and all rights in the nature of copyright.
Giles Webberley asserts moral rights to be identified as the author of the goods in accordance with the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988.
There will be no further publication of the goods or copies made of the goods without prior consent by Giles Webberley.
FORCE MAJURE
All parties will be released from their respective obligations in the event of national emergency, war, prohibitive governmental regulations or if any other cause, beyond the reasonable control of the parties, renders performance of the contract impossible.
COMPLAINTS
All complaints should be sent to complaints@gwponline.co.uk and will be dealt with as swiftly and judiciously as possible.
OTHER
GWP is based in England and therefore acts under English law.
